Ingredients :

Plantain/raw banana(valakkai) - 1
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil -  3tbsp
Garlic peeled - 15 nos
Salt - 1/2 tsp

Procedure :

1.  First apply oil with your both hands because prevent the raw banana's stains in your hands.
2.  Next cut the two edges of the raw banana.
3.  Peel it green skin part used with peeler or        knife.
4.  Sliced it for equal thickness.
5.  Washed and strain it immediately.
6.   Pour the oil. Once oil is hot add into the            mustard seeds. 
7.   After pop the mustard seeds add with sliced raw banana.
8.  Next add into the salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
9.  Crushed the garlic and add together.
10.  Mixed it well. Keep the stove low flame. Don't add the water. 
11.  It will taken 10mins for roasted. 
12.  It is best combination of sambar, rasam, curd rice and lemon rice.

 Peeled garlic and crushed it





Pour the oil. Once oil is heat add mustard seeds




          Once mustard seeds popped add with raw banana




Now add salt, turmeric, chilli powder
and coriander powder add together





Add into the crushed garlic




Mix it well. Keep it low flame
Fried it 10mins


After 10mins its ready to serve
