Palm jaggery cup cake/Karuppati cup cake/wheat jaggery cup cake


    

Palm jaggery cup cake is very different  and  delicious healthy recipe for kids😍😍😍 .  It's making with cooker no need to micro oven and electric beater also.  Its making easily and quickly.

Ingredients

    Palm jaggery  -  1 cup (250 ml) 
    Wheat flour  -  1 1/4 cup
    Eggs  -  2 nos
    Unsalted butter  -  100 gms
    Milk  -  1/2 cup
    Unsweetend coco powder  -  1 tbsp
    Almonds  -  as required (soaked and chopped)
    Baking soda  - 1/4 tsp
    Baking powder  -  1/2 tsp
    Water  -  1/4 cup

Procedure

1.  First Palm jaggery and water add together boil with low flame.


2.  Stir continuously till palm jaggery will disolve.




3.  When palm jaggery dissolve completely then filter it and keep  aside to cool.

















4.  Next take the cake teacup moulds and spread with the butter. 




5.  Take a small pan and put the butter make it little warm until   butter becomes melt.















6.  Wheat flour, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda all mix together of all dry ingredients and keep aside.



















7.  Take a large bowl break the eggs and put into the bowl. Eggs      should be in room temperature. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy.



























8.  Add with melted butter, palm jaggery syrup, milk and almonds all are mixed it well.





















9.  Next add the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture mixed it gently.


















10.  Pour the mixture till 3/4th of cup moulds.



















11.  If you have oven means keep with 180 degree celsius and  35 minutes for baking. Don't preheat. Taken small tea cup 15 minutes for baking is enough.

















12.  Didn't have oven means use with cooker  remove the whistles and gasket.  In cooker put one aluminium plate or stand in it.  


















13.  Now all the cake cups keep into the cooker one by one and decoration with almonds or tuti fruti as for your wish.











14.  Next cover with lid and keep the stove in low flame. Baking with around 35 minutes.













15.  After 35 minutes check with a wooden skewer inserted into center of cake comes out clean its cooked, otherwise baking with another 5 to 10 minutes. 
















  Now delicious and very tasty healthy cake ready!!! Let's enjoy the feast.
