Ingredients:
Nathiram banana - 4
Turmeric poweder - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - As for fry
Preparation method :
1. First peel the plantains.
3. Put the oil to the pan and heat with medium flame.
4. While oil is little heat slice the plantian into oil directly using with chips slicer. Be careful to slices beacuse oil is hot.


5. The chips are half fried that time add into the turmeric and salt water mix, add for 3 tsps or 4 teaspoons. Its helpful for chips get taste and yellow color.

7. Once bubbles on oil is completely reduce its means chips are fried that time remove the chips from the oil.


8. Strain the oil and after cool down. Store to the air tight container.
