Moong dal laddu is one of the healthy delicious sweet. Moong dal laddu's making easy step by step preparation pictures and video and also detailed tips are included.
    Moong dal laddu's are made with green moong dal skin or without skin. We are making with skin of moong dal laddus is very healthy and tasty. 
    This moongdal laddu recipe is mostly make for special occasions like Diwali, Krishnan Jhanthi then offering for god.

Ingredients :


Green moong dal (split or whole)  -  2 cups
Brown sugar or white sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 3/4 cup(100g) finely chopped
Cardamom - 8 nos
Ghee - as for required.

Procedure :


1.  First, dry roast moong dal on low flame.  Stirring often                 until  the dal turns golden color and aromatic.





2.  Once the dal turn golden color turn off the stove and transfer to another wide plate.



3.  Now let it cool completely.


4.  Once the dal is completely cool down add to a blender jar            then add together cardamom and grind it fine powder.



5.  Now take the moongdal flour in a fine seive. If you want             chrunchy laddu means, we don't seive the flour.



6.  Remaining the coarse flour again grind it fine powder and         sieve. Small portion will taken means grind it easily with             mixer grinder.  If you take more quantity means after                   roasted dal  give to the flour mill make it fine powder.



7.  Again seive until fine flour then keep it aside.


8.  In same blender add to the sugar and grind it fine powder.



9.  Now mix both sugar powder and flour no need to sieve the         sugar powder and mix it well.



10.  You can also store this mixture in a air tight container to              use it for 2 to 3 months.  When you need to making laddu            use this mixture.




11.  Heat a pan add with 1 tbsp of ghee and also add finely chopped cashew nuts.  Stir continuously until nuts turns golden color. 






12.  Once the cashews are golden turnoff the stove and transfer to the flour and mix it well.  If you add cashew nuts in  laddus, yummy and while eating some bites are crunchy its really delicious. Not compulsory adding cashew nuts its your wish but would be adding enhance the taste.





13.  Once adding the roasted cashew nuts this mixture is used with in a week is better. Now only take 1 cup of mixture in a wide pan. At a time take 1 cup of flour is best to easily making a perfect laddus.



14.  In a pan add with 1 tbsp of ghee.  


15.  Ghee should be smoking stage immediately transfer to the flour and mixed using spoon because its very hot.





16.  While little hot should be made the laddus otherwise cannot making laddus.  Suppose can't making laddus add more hot ghee is easily made laddus.



18.  In same procedure made for all laddus. Size of laddus is for your wise. Making small laddus means kids eating easily.
