Pachapayaru paniyaram is very delicious and tasty and its different taste for other paniyarams. Its very energetic snack for school kids.
Green Moong dal (broken) - 1 cup (250 ml)
Jaggery - 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom - 5 nos
Oil - as required for fry
Procedure :
First washed moongdal for 2 or 3 times and add enough water to sink the lentils. Soaked it for 4 hours.

After 4 hours removing that skin easily. After soaking moongdal will get double size quantity.
Now squash the moong dal and remove the skin. Same procedure till removing for the all skins out.

Next put it in a colander(strainer) and keep it on for 15 minutes until the water drain out.
After 15 minutes the water is completely drain then put in to the mixi.
Next add into the cardamom.
Now grind it for coarse. Don't add water in it.
Now add with jaggery and salt then again grind it little coarse.
Don't grind it fine paste.
After grinding transfer to the another bowl.
Then add 1/4 cup water and wash the mixi thoroughly then add that water in batter.
Mix it well.
Now add rice flour together and mix it well.
When the oil is hot, take the batter with a small spoon and pout it into the oil and make it paniyarams. The oil should not be too hot. It should be in moderately warm.
Once pour the batter into the oil and keep the stove on a very low flame. Only then, inside the paniyarams are well fried. Flip the paniyarams after 2 minutes.
Roast until the paniyarams turns golden color. It will taken around 6 to 7 minutes for fried. Keep it for low flame.
After 7 minutes the paniyarams fried well then take out of the oil and drain the oil well. Next remaining all the batter make it same procedure.
Now delicious and very healthy tasty paniyarams ready. This snack is like too much for kids and adults. Its taste is really heavenly. Lets you try and enjoy it!!!!
