Walnut mushroom masala





Ingredients :




  • Mushroom  -  250 gm
  • Walnut  -  10 to 12 nos
  • Onion  -  2
  • Tomato  - 1
  • Turmeric powder  - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder  - 2 teaspoon
  • Gingergarlic paste  - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil  - 1 table spoon
Preparation Method :


1.  Washed the mushroom should be before cutting because chopped after wash mushroom is absorbs       more water.


2.  Onions , tomato and mushrooms are well fine chopped and keep it aside. Ginger and garlic are              grind it make fine paste. Walnuts are soaked small amount of water.






3.  Now put the frying pan , pour the oil and add the chopped onion fry with medium flame till its        come golden brown color.




4. When brown color is coming add the tomato, ginger garlic paste and salt cooked till raw smell              going out.

5. Add chili powder and turmeric powder  few minutes mixed.


6.  Now chopped mushrooms are added together don't add water because few minutes after the                mushrooms are produced watery its enough for making gravy. Must be medium flame will be              cooked.

7. Walnuts are soaked 7 to 8 mins after grind it thick fine paste. Don't add more water.


8.  When mushroom is  cooked now walnut paste is mixed with few minutes only boiling

9.  One or two minute boiling  and now its ready to serve with chappathi or dosai.
