Potato poori masala is one of the most popular South Indian breakfast side dish. It's mainly prepare with potatoes. It can serves with poori, chappathi and paratha also. Now I will make poori masala is my way of cooking. Its really delicious and different taste better than restaurant style poori masala.

Ingredients :
Potato - 3
Onion - 3
Tomato - 1
Green chilli - 2
Garlic - 12 cloves
Cummin - 1/2 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Channa dhal - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Besan flour - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - small pinch
Coriander leaves - small pinch
Salt - 3/4 tsp ( as for taste )
Garlic - 15 cloves
Ginger - small piece
Procedure :
After 15 minutes check the potatoes when easily pierced with toothpick potatoes are cooked well.
Once the potatoes are boiled take it out of the water.
Next take the onion and chopped it finely and also finely chopped for tomato and garlic. Take green chilli and split it 2 parts. (If you don't like garlic means leave it ).
Ginger and garlic crushed using with stone plunger. It's give good aroma for the gravy.
When mustard seeds begin to splutter, add with cummin seeds and chenna dal.
Fry until golden and then add onion, garlic and salt together and saute it till golden color.
Once the onions turn golden color then add with tomato, green chilli and crushed ginger and garlic paste. Stir till the tomato mashed and raw smell out.
When the tomato is mashed add with turmeric powder and cooked potatoes.
Now add with boiling potatoes excess water and gram flour(besan flour).
Stir it well without lumps.
Add into the very little water and then add salt as for your taste.
Now slightly mashed the potatoes. Stir and cook for 7 minutes until the gram flour raw smell out. Finally add with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
